Julius Lucks Elected to AIMBE College of Fellows

The American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering has elected Julius Lucks to its College of Fellows.  The distinction is one of the most prestigious in the field, and marks a Fellow as among the top two percent in their field.  As part of the announcement, Lucks was cited for ”discovering RNA folding principles related to understanding and treating disease, and engineering synthetic biology diagnostics for global health.”  He will be inducted alongside three other Northwestern professors: Evan Scott, Hao Zhang, and Teri Odom.  Learn more here.
